Therapist Consultation | Nondual, Transpersonal & Psychospiritual Psychotherapy Consultation

A nondual, psychospiritual approach to clinical work

There are moments in clinical work where technique stops being the answer.

Where something more subtle is happening, something harder to name. A client feels stuck, or you feel yourself reaching, trying to find the right intervention, the right framework, the right words. Or perhaps something more spiritual or existential is unfolding, and it doesn’t quite fit into traditional models.

These are often the moments that matter most.

I offer consultation for therapists and clinicians seeking support with complex cases, psychospiritual process, and depth-oriented psychotherapy and support clinicians who are interested in slowing down and listening more closely to what is already present in the therapeutic field. My approach is informed by nondual, transpersonal, and depth-oriented psychotherapy, and is grounded in a respect for the intelligence of the psyche and the unfolding process itself.

This is not a space for quick answers or fixed techniques. It is a space for collaborative inquiry.

How I Work

In our consultation, we bring attention to what is already happening, rather than trying to impose something new.

This may include:

  • Noticing where effort, pressure, or “trying to fix” begins to take over

  • Exploring the relational field between you and your client

  • Attuning to moments of silence, resistance, or emotional intensity

  • Differentiating between pathology and meaningful psychological or spiritual process

  • Making space for uncertainty, and allowing clarity to emerge over time

My work is also informed by Gestalt and somatic approaches, though the emphasis remains on presence and direct experience rather than technique.

Who This Is For

This space may be supportive for:

  • Licensed therapists or associates seeking a more depth-oriented or psychospiritual lens

  • Clinicians working with existential themes, identity, or spiritual inquiry

  • Therapists navigating stuck or complex cases

  • Those interested in integrating nondual awareness into clinical work

  • Therapists who feel drawn to a slower, more attuned way of working

Format

Consultation is offered via individual sessions over Zoom.

At this time, I am offering consultation only. Formal clinical supervision is provided through my affiliation with my training program.

About Me

I’m a psychotherapist with a holistic, depth-oriented approach rooted in nondual and psychospiritual inquiry. My work is informed by transpersonal, Gestalt, somatic, and psychodynamic traditions, with an emphasis on presence, direct experience, and the unfolding therapeutic process.

I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and am affiliated with the Bay Area Gestalt Institute. My clinical orientation has also been shaped by long-term study in the Diamond Approach, as well as ongoing work in somatic and experiential modalities.

In my clinical work, I often support clients navigating anxiety, inner critic dynamics, trauma, identity, and existential or spiritual questioning. This has led to a deep sensitivity to moments in therapy where experience doesn’t fit neatly into diagnostic or technique-based frameworks, and where a more attuned, less directive presence becomes essential.

I am bilingual (English/Spanish), multicultural, and work with clients across diverse identities and backgrounds.

More personally, my work as a therapist is grounded in my own long-term engagement with therapy, meditation, and inner inquiry. This informs a way of working that values humility, curiosity, and trust in the intelligence of the process itself.

If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out to inquire about availability or to see if this space feels like a fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
