Welcome! My name is Vanessa Wolter, MFT, and I specialize in using holistic, mind-body-existential approaches to help you find healing, acceptance, and connection, so that you can embody the most authentic expression of who you truly are. 

I don’t offer cookie-cutter methods. My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I tailor therapy specifically to you and your needs so that you can have a more effective, satisfying, and transformative therapeutic experience.

Reaching out for therapy can be vulnerable and scary.

You may not know how to get started or what to expect. The fact that you are here reading this means you are already taking meaningful strides toward caring for yourself and feeling better. When working with me, you will find a therapist that is empathically attuned, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I provide a space that is emotionally safe and grounded so that you can find the inner healing, peace and/or deep connection you are seeking.

Therapy is a long-term investment in yourself and in your desire to live a fuller, more satisfying life.

Even though it might feel daunting to start, please know you can reach out to me, and I would be more than happy to explain what to expect from therapy sessions. I myself have been on my own healing journey, and I know what it is like to seek help and guidance. The support I received from my therapist was so powerful and life-changing that it has inspired me to offer this vital support to others. I feel deeply privileged to do this work and would be honored to be part of your healing and inner-discovery journey.

A little more about me:

I have a degree in Integral Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I have extensive training in Transpersonal, Gestalt, Somatic and Psychodynamic therapy. I work with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, existential crisis, relationship issues, cultural issues, attachment trauma, and grief.
